Nursing mothers can take up to 5 Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies per day.

Can you exceed the 5 gummies? If exceeded, will it be harmful to the body?

We do not recommend more than 5 gummies per day as you may experience unpleasant digestive symptoms such as stomach discomfort because AVALON® Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies are acidic.

If you have gastric issues, can you still take AVALON® Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies?
