1. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders that are not yet processed or fulfilled may be cancelled.
A full refund will be issued. While any refund made is submitted to your bank immediately, do expect approximately 5-10 business days (depending on your bank) for the funds to be reflected in your account.
If you would like assistance in determining the status of a refund, you are welcome to contact us for a refund reference number.
2. ORDER RETURN
You may return a defective product within 30 days from delivery.
Kindly contact us at estore@hibeau.com prior to making a return so we can better assess the situation.
Returns can be made either by mail or by coming down to our office at 4 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 12 (Level 5) Singapore 569498. Do note that our opening hours are from Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays).
If returns are made by mail, we will only be able to process the return when we receive it. This also means that returns made via normal mail and are lost in transit will not be approved.3. ORDER EXCHANGE
You may request for an exchange of products within 30 days from delivery.

For exchanges that are due to defective products, we will send our driver down to a place of your convenience to conduct the exchange. Alternatively, you can come down to our office at 4 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 12 (Level 5) Singapore 569498. Do note that our opening hours are from Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays).
For exchanges due to other approved reasons, the exchange may be conducted either through mail, or by coming down to our office.
4. ORDER REFUND
Refunds can be requested for items that are defective, out of stock, or lost through registered mail/courier.
For all refunds, contact must be made prior, for us to assess the situation. A partial or full refund will then be issued depending on the situation.
While any refund made is submitted to your bank immediately, do expect approximately 5-10 business days (depending on your bank) for the funds to be reflected in your account.

A refund can be issued within 60 days of an order.
