1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • For all orders placed before 8am on a working day, parcels will be shipped out from our warehouse on the same day
  • For all orders placed after 8am on a working day, parcels will be shipped out from our warehouse on the following (working) day
  • For all orders placed on a non-working day, parcels will be shipped out on the following (working) day

2. LOCAL ORDER DELIVERY (SG) 

Aramex Tracked Delivery

  • Aramex typically takes 1-3 working days to deliver the parcel, and will make up to 2 re-delivery attempts if you are not home. Aramex may also contact you to make alternative delivery arrangements.
  • Should there be an unsuccessful delivery after 2 re-delivery attempts, subsequent delivery attempts will be subjected to additional charges, to be borne by the purchaser. 
  • Do kindly leave a memo to Aramex if you have any special delivery request - e.g. specified delivery timings.

Singpost Normal Mail

  • There is no tracking service available.
  • Delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks.
  • Service is only available for orders below $20.

Do note that there is a high probability of lost and stolen normal mail, and Hi-Beau (Avalon Official) will not be held liable

For lost mail, we will only be able to resend the items a month from the sending date to confirm the parcel as lost mail. This means that you may need to wait up to 2 months for your parcel to reach you.

We strongly encourage customers to select Aramex courier service to avoid slow, lost or stolen mail. Simply spend over $50 in a single cart to unlock free Aramex shipping! :)

Self Pick-Up

Self Pick-Up is available for all Singapore orders. Do drop by our office located at 37 Ubi Crescent, S408586 from Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holiday), 9am-5pm, to pick up your order. You may call us at 6515 9818.

3. ORDER TRACKING

For all Aramex orders, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email attached with your respective tracking number once your order has been processed. You will subsequently receive a Shipment Out For Delivery email and a Shipment Delivered email after the status of your fulfillment changes accordingly. 

4. DELIVERY REQUEST

Please leave any requests in the memo during checkout so that all requests can be seen by our warehouse staffs when packing the order. 

As we ship out parcels fast, requests sent via other channels (email, online contact form) might not reach the warehouse team before the parcel is sent out.
